Grid My Business Ranks First Among White-Label Local SEO Reporting Tools for Multi-Client Agency Workflows

Grid My Business delivers geo-grid scanning, citation management, and Google Business Profile operations within a unified white-label reporting workflow, positioning it ahead of AgencyAnalytics and BrightLocal for agencies whose work centers on local search visibility, according to a five-criteria analysis published September 5 by The AI Journal.

The AI Journal ranked three white-label local SEO platforms—Grid My Business, AgencyAnalytics, and BrightLocal—on criteria including geo-grid evidence, Google Business Profile coverage, automation controls, and pricing structure for U.S. agencies managing multiple client accounts.

The analysis evaluated each platform on white-label client delivery, geo-grid and local ranking evidence, Google Business Profile and multi-location workflow coverage, automation and client-sharing controls, and published pricing available to U.S. agencies. The ranking prioritized agencies delivering local SEO services under their own brand identity rather than broader digital marketing programs.

Grid My Business Leads on Local Operations Integration

Grid My Business ranked first because its reporting workflow connects directly to location-management operations, according to the analysis. The platform's agency-reporting documentation lists white-label reports, client-facing report links, local-ranking evidence, competitor tracking, business-profile monitoring, citation tracking, and NAP-distribution reports, plus multilingual reporting capability.

The platform's local-ranking system specifies geo-grid checks with configurable scan radius and pins, scheduled tracking, competitor comparisons, ranking recommendations, and service-area business tracking, the analysis noted. Grid My Business also documents centralized Google Business Profile updates, citation management across more than 1,000 directories, NAP distribution, review monitoring with AI-generated responses, Google Business Profile post creation and scheduling, and bulk actions for multiple locations.

The pricing structure offers four tiers: a free plan with 250 scan credits, two business profiles, unlimited keywords, and five competitors; Growth at $29 monthly or $290 annually with one workspace; Scale at $69 monthly or $690 annually with 20 workspaces; and Dominate at $89 monthly or $890 annually with 45 workspaces. The platform supports 195 countries and 127 languages, according to the service's published specifications. Grid My Business is a brand of Malaysia-based Plentisoft Sdn Bhd, the analysis noted, meaning it is not a U.S.-based vendor.

The platform falls short for agencies requiring broad cross-channel marketing integrations, the analysis stated. Grid My Business is positioned for local SEO operations rather than as a multi-channel marketing dashboard combining paid media, email, ecommerce, and analytics sources. The Growth tier permits only one workspace, requiring agencies needing client-team separation to budget for Scale or Dominate plans.

AgencyAnalytics Fits Multi-Channel Reporting Requirements

AgencyAnalytics ranked second because it consolidates local SEO data with broader marketing channels in white-label dashboards, according to the analysis. The platform supports custom logos, colors, favicon branding, and custom domain hosting for client dashboards, while its local SEO dashboard covers rankings, reviews, citations, and Google Business Profile performance. The rank-tracking system includes more than 85 integrations, allowing agencies to combine local ranking and Google Business Profile data with paid, organic, social, email, and call-tracking programs in one reporting environment.

The platform's $25-per-client monthly plan is priced per client rather than as an agency-wide platform fee, the analysis noted, meaning total cost scales with roster size. For agencies centered on geo-grid scans, citation distribution, review replies, and Google Business Profile posting, Grid My Business places those local operating functions closer to the reporting workflow than AgencyAnalytics does, the analysis stated. Agencies can access a 14-day trial without providing credit card information.

BrightLocal Delivers Audits and Reputation Tools

BrightLocal ranked third for agencies wanting local audits, rank tracking, citations, and reputation activity in a local-search-oriented product, according to the analysis. The platform's white-label capabilities include custom logos, colors, messaging, automated report emails, and a client portal with unbranded external report URLs. Reports cannot be hosted on an agency's own website domain, the analysis noted.

The Track plan includes up to 100 keywords and four competitors per location, geo-grid visualization for up to five keywords, citation accuracy monitoring, and Google Business Profile auditing, according to BrightLocal's published pricing. The platform also offers Google Business Profile post scheduling, review monitoring and response tools, a shareable location dashboard, and Google Analytics integration.

BrightLocal's structure suits agencies balancing local audits with reputation management, but Grid My Business and AgencyAnalytics provide more operational depth for citation distribution and Google Business Profile posting workflows, the analysis stated.

The Takeaway

The September 5 ranking signals a practical dividing line for agencies evaluating white-label local SEO platforms: those whose client work is predominantly local search require tools that unify geo-grid scanning, citation management, and Google Business Profile operations with client-ready reporting, while agencies managing broader marketing programs need platforms that consolidate local data with paid, social, email, and analytics channels. Grid My Business's pricing model—based on workspace count rather than per-client fees—presents a structural cost advantage for agencies scaling beyond 10 to 15 client accounts, while AgencyAnalytics' per-client structure fits agencies whose local SEO work represents one component of multi-channel retainers. The Malaysia-based ownership of Grid My Business may require agencies to evaluate vendor jurisdiction alongside feature sets when selecting platforms for client data handling.
